We have found Constant Contact to be a very easy to use and cost effective tool for permission marketing:

Free Software
Yes the software is free. You must pay for shipping and handling. And they will try to sell you other software. But you can't beat free.
Pest Removal
If you PC is sluggish, then you probably have some spyware infection. These days an anti-virus tool like McAfee is just not enough protection. Here is a great tool to remove spyware:
